Our Canadian Digital Team is looking to welcome a self-motivated and creative Digital Marketing Lead who would be responsible for orchestrating cohesive and effective marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across the B2C website, corporate website, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop, execute, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on the B2C website.
  • Conduct market research and customer segmentation to identify target audiences and refine campaign strategies.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI and achieve set KPIs.
  • Craft and maintain high-quality, engaging, and informative content for the corporate website, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and value proposition.
  • Regularly update and refresh website content to reflect the latest company updates, products, and industry insights.
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, or a relevant field
  • The ideal candidate will have3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Great knowledge of digital media trends and social media platforms
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Be results-oriented, resourceful, responsible, and autonomous.
  • Self-starter with a sense of accountability and the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Rigorous approach to deadline management, overseeing short-term projects with tight deadlines and long terms project with critical stage gates
  • High attention to detail
  • Collaborative working style; strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy; superb listening and influencing skills; the ability to cultivate and sustain trust and credibility with colleagues.
  • Excellent English and French written and oral skills
